A project request may include your name, phone number, email address, project location, preferred contact method, consultation preference, budget, measurements, project details, photos, plans and calculator selections.

How the information is used

Wilkins uses the information to review the requested work, prepare for a conversation or site assessment, create project records, develop estimates and quotes, arrange follow-up and respond using your preferred contact method.

Website and referral information

The website may record basic technical and referral details, such as the page used to submit a request and advertising campaign tags. These details help identify whether the website and advertising are working. Saved gallery inspiration remains in your browser unless you submit it with a request.

Service providers and disclosure

Information may be processed by the services used to host the website, store project requests and deliver notifications. Wilkins does not sell customer project information. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably required to operate the service, protect the website or comply with a lawful requirement.

Storage and retention

Project records are kept only as reasonably needed for estimating, customer communication, project administration, recordkeeping and legitimate business purposes. No internet system can promise absolute security, but access to the private project inbox is restricted.

Your choices and questions

You may ask what information Wilkins has about your request, request a correction or ask that information no longer needed be deleted, subject to reasonable business and legal recordkeeping needs.
